To My Valued Friends and Clients,

The steel plates get thicker and the projects get heavier, and we look forward to every day of it. Some more enthusiastic than others but few can make a life of fabricating without some love for it.

In light of the new Michigan Research Vessel contract we were recently granted we take a look back at some of the history of MIW and DNR. You might be surprised at the sophistication of both entities way back in the 80's.
