Provided all jobsite labor and equipemnt to remove exhaust stack, transport to our shop, perform in shop repairs, transport back to jobsite, and re-install stack. While in shop, all acoustical baffles were removed and discarded and internal liner sheet retainers were repaired. New acoustical baffles were fabricated using all type 409 stainless steel materials, and installed in stack. Specially designed baffle structures were used, to permit the use of existing baffle guide system. |
