Provided material, labor, and equipment to design, fabricate, paint, deliver, and install a new elevated Filter House Module with support steel, and transition duct. Unit designed to accommodate customer supplied pre-filters, final filters, and non-metallic louver inserts. Transition duct with isolation joint designed to adapt to existing inlet silencer. Project fast tracked to meet customer outage schedule and required close coordination with customer to accommodate existing site equipment and plan. Unit delivered to project site in sections, and all joints seal welded after field bolting. Galvanized ladder and platform with railing, provided for O&M access to the (3) gallery access doors. Counter weighted "Blow in Door" included in center gallery. |
