Designed and fabricated (1) full Exhaust Silencer in (2) sections. Features include removable baffles, baffle surface is perforated type 409 stainless steel, silencer sections have internal lifting lugs, connecting flange is self aligning and seal retaining. Silencer frame and body are all type 409 stainless steel, silencer has (5) test ports made of 6" pipe and cap from type 304 stainless steel. Silencer is completely shop insulated and lagged with Stucco embossed aluminum. All bolts, aluminum lagging,insulation, gasket, caulk, and flashing shipped loose for field joint installation |
