Custom Baghouse Fabrication

One of Moran Iron Works Inc. greatest strengths is Bag House Fabrication. Our experience in this area spreads over many years and multiple industry applications. We build just steel casings, or entire systems including piping, valving, painting, insulation, and lagging.

We can fabricate sections, knock down panels for field erection, or complete modules for simplifying field installation. Our almost limitless ability to create large assemblies makes us the first choice for any of your projects that can be accessed by barge.

At the same time we are equipped with acres of onsite lay down area at our facilities for stockpile of pre-fabricated panels or modules that we ship via truck. Our location is close to Interstate I-75 and we have the capability of handling scores of incoming and outgoing trucks each day.

Quality workmanship are key words and a priority around our fabrication facility. Moran Iron Works, Inc.’s documented Quality system and inspection processes provide assurance that your product is fabricated to the highest quality standard. Our Project Management team, in cooperation with our Quality Assurance team, and our Certified welding Inspectors will customize the in-process, and final inspection processes to your specific project requirements.
